Mrs. Urquhart is the Director of the National Gallery. She earned the 2011 Young Caymanian Leadership Award (YCLA) and is current a YCLA Speaker. Mrs. Urquhart has previously served as a Past Council Member/Secretary of the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce (2011-2015) and on the National Hero's Day Selection Committee. Mrs. Urquhart has had previous involvement on the Leadership Cayman Planning Committee (2011-2014), Mentorship Cayman (2009 & 2014), and as a Board Member of the Visual Arts Society of the Cayman Islands (2000/2002) and Disaster Relief Volunteer post Hurricane Ivan (2004/2005). Mrs. Urquhart was appointed as a member in June 2015 for a period of 3 years after which her appointment was renewed until 31 March 2019.
